Refund policy

Please review product descriptions and preview images carefully and note the software it is compatible with.

Because digital download products cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are final.

As the copyright holder, Brian Ritter Design, all return requests are based upon my sole discretion.

 

I will offer a refund:

• If you inadvertently purchased the same product twice.

 

I will not offer a refund:

• If you downloaded the product you want a refund for more than once.
• If you don’t yet have the knowledge of the software required to use the product.
• If I feel your return request is maliciously or fraudulently requested.
